Welcome back to RE! We are eager to see everyone and hear all about your summer adventures! There are many exciting things planned for September!

RE Registration & Volunteering:

It is required every year, even if a family doesn’t attend every Sunday.  It provides important information to keep children safe, especially concerning allergies and emergency contacts. Register children HERE.

We are extremely excited to announce that RE will be piloting Spond this year!

It is a free app to help organize our growing RE program! When you join, you will be able to see your child’s class list, RSVP for RE, view others who have responded, receive updates from your child’s RE Teacher and sign up to help in RE!

*FPL requires families to volunteer in RE at least twice per year (either in your child’s group or elsewhere). Learn more HERE or download the Spond App for free HERE.

September School Supply Drive

FPL is collecting school supplies through the end of September to support the work of School on Wheels, an organization helping children with necessary supplies to succeed in school. We will be collecting the following supplies: notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons, markers, & rulers. Collection bins will be located in the Stearns Room and Parish House.

September Calendar

On September 7th, we invite kids to bring your backpacks for our annual Backpack Blessing and intergenerational service! Afterward, we’ll head up the hill to take a peek at RE spaces and get the playground ready for the year! Wear your overalls & bring things like lawn refuse-bags, rakes, shovels, clippers, gloves, etc. Feel free to drop items on the playground before church. We will provide light refreshments, but all are invited to bring your lunch and picnic on the lawn afterward!

*Note: Please come early & register for RE in the Stearns room.
