Happy September & welcome back! September is a time of many transitions and we’re here to help! Getting back to school can be tough, but First Parish provides fun opportunities for community building and spiritual learning with familiar faces. We are happy to welcome back our teen helpers, Sam Donaldson and Sophie Monahan! We look forward to seeing you and can’t wait to share an exciting fall with you & your families!

Sunday Religious Exploration at a glance: Programs are held every week unless noted. When a TFAA (Time For All Ages) is noted on the calendar, children K+ start in the Sanctuary. After the TFAA, the group heads up the hill for a project. Nursery care is provided by Debby in the basement of the Parish House for children aged 0-5 every Sunday (unless otherwise noted). Drop off is between 9:30 and 10am & can be accessed from the playground. Families with 5-year-olds can decide where they’d like their children to be (Nursery or regular RE).
*Nursery care begins on Sept. 10, while regular RE begins on Sept. 17. On that day, children in grades K+ will begin in the Sanctuary for Blessing of the Backpacks & will then head up the hill. All caregivers may pick up children after service, usually on the playground.
Volunteer with RE! We need your help and encourage volunteers of all ages! Sign up HERE! We can also approve volunteer hours for HS students.
RE Registration is required annually. Please register your children HERE regardless of your kids’ ages, and even if you only plan to attend a few Sundays. Registration in no way obligates you, but helps us keep your children safe when they’re here.
We look forward to seeing you! : )
