The Outreach Committee has completed the Preston grant review and Parish Committee approved the three applicants which are listed below. The committee started with seventeen applications, interview seven and selected three.

African Cultural Services Inc.  – Van to transport youth
$21,250

This is a Waltham based organization with a mission to serve low income African immigrant youth and their families by offering an educational space to gather, learn and grow through socio-cultural programs that promote and strengthen awareness of their heritage and expand their potential and opportunity by providing support in their assimilation.

The Food Project Inc.  – Van to transport youth
$25,000

This is a Lincoln based organization with a mission to create a thoughtful and productive community of youth and adults from diverse backgrounds who work together to build a sustainable food system.

Roxbury Presbyterian Church Social Impact Center  – Expand their trauma assistance program to youth ages 13-17
$25,000

This is a Boston based organization with a mission to create and implement educational and economic development programs to strengthen the Roxbury community.
