The First Parish and friends will contemplate:

• Where FPL is on its Racial Justice Journey and where we are as individuals
• And share our most important takeaways of what we have learned
• And define gaps, areas that we would like to learn more about
• And consider next steps

Format:  Some reflections, large group discussion, and 30 minute breakout groups where we will have time to share our opinions, our dreams and our practical ideas for the future.  The groups will have an opportunity to report  back to the whole group.

Why:  As we transition from Issues and History, we as a church and as individuals need to consider where we have been as part of the planning for our next steps.  What has been particularly meaningful that we might wish to either learn more about or take action on?  And we hope to hear some of the ideas that may be percolating in our heads or among us.  Action by the church as a whole, as groups, as individuals in Lincoln and in the larger community.  We hope that you will join us for our last RJA meeting this spring!
