“Tending the Heart Fire”: A Lenten Retreat at First Parish
yoga, spiritual writing, and creative mending

Join us for an afternoon of centering, creativity, and connection, with a welcome by Nate and sessions offered by FPL’s gifted lay leaders. Liz Elliott will lead a session of light yoga, Barbara O’Neil will guide us in spiritual autobiography writing, and Caroline Smart will offer a session on creative mending. No experience required, just an open mind and heart.
