Come enjoy a cooling hour of restful, gentle yoga stretches to clear stiff joints and tight muscles. All levels welcome, bring a friend! You’ll leave refreshed and nourished in body, heart and mind. 10 yoga mats to lend, first come first served, or bring your own. Come for the yoga and stay for the fellowship: cooling sun teas will be offered after class.

For twenty years, Liz Elliott has taught yoga and meditation at Harvard Graduate School of Design. Her classes, workshops, and retreats are nourishing and restorative for all abilities — everyone is welcome. Come as you are…learn to move and breathe with joy and ease.
