SIP TALK LEARN
February 9 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Welcome to our sixth winter season of SIP TALK LEARN. Please mark your calendars for the three Sundays this winter from 4:00pm – 5:30pm in the Stearns Room. We love the dedicated following of listeners but we really need your stories to make it a success.
Sunday, January 12
Sunday, February 9: Love Stories
Sunday, March 16
SIP TALK LEARN is a variation of a TED Talk and The Moth where we have about ten “storytellers” per event who give a three-minute presentation to the other guests. It can be about something you are passionate about: a hobby, your occupation or a person. Do you know something we should know? Have you had a life adventure to tell us about? The idea is that all guests will leave having learned something new and gotten to know you better.
Everyone has at least one good tale to tell – but remember it must be only three minutes! Don’t be shy and sign up now to reserve a slot for one of the three dates. Trying something new in February – we want to hear your love stories – a spouse, a grandparent, or beloved pet – whatever you wish.
If you are ready to add your name to the participant list or have any questions please email Tucker Smith.
