Poets of Lent: Gwendolyn Brooks
Friday, March 22 at 3:30

We’ll read and discuss a handful of poems by the Chicago poet (after whom Nate and Kit named their second child!). Gwendolyn Brooks’ oeuvre mixes odes and protest poems, celebrations of family life and spiritual questioning.

(“God works in a mysterious way”)
