WHO:      FPL’s Racial Justice Advocates and the Housing Choice Working Group (HCWG)

Members of the Housing Choice Working Group (HCWG) will present the three options for zoning bylaw proposals that are under consideration in Lincoln.   In addition, Michelle Barnes, the Chair of the Trustees of the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust and the Rural Land Foundation, will present and explain their request to change the current zoning for the Lincoln Station Mall area.

All Lincoln residents are welcome and encouraged to bring questions to the discussion in preparation for the State of the Town Meeting Saturday, September 30, the next step in refining a zoning bylaw proposal for submission to the State in December and to Town residents for a vote at the March 2024 Town meeting.

WHY:        Do you have questions about the proposals to be presented at the State of the Town meeting?  Are you wondering about the impact of proposed zoning laws on:

  • Town finances
  • Schools
  • Traffic
  • Services
  • Anything else?

Bring your questions and ideas to this meeting, and join us for a discussion of impacts, potential benefits, and concerns.
