Quiet Walks (a.k.a. Meditation Hikes) – This season we are renaming our meditation hikes as “Quiet Walks.” It will be the same routine – on Friday afternoons at 1:30 we’ll meet and walk silently about 30 feet apart observing and appreciating the local “wilderness” of Lincoln and surrounding areas. We’ll usually walk for slightly over an hour (for about 2 miles) then gather in a circle to share our observations. It’s probably best to reserve an hour and a half for each Friday afternoon.
