Join us for a summer worship service led by Paula Waterman, with assistance from Deanna Elineema and Sarah Klockowski. We will hear some of Paula’s reflections on her recent pilgrimage to Iona and consider the journeys unfolding within our own spiritual community.
If you plan to join us in person please let us know using THIS FORM. If we have fewer than 25 attendees we will be in the Stearns Room, otherwise we will be in the sanctuary. You can also worship with us on Zoom.

“What was I expecting as our little ferry rumbled to a halt and dropped its metal mouth on the ramp leading to the island of Iona? Excitement, of course, and a sense of how small everything looked, and mistiness, cool air and quiet.
Every arrival contains more than one can take in, and we humans seek clarity and simple tasks to calm our body and mind. The hotel took our luggage and we set off, this group of ten up the hill on foot, cutting through an anonymous ruin and down a lane with an emerald green meadow and a small church on one side and on the other a very large and mildly wild looking vegetable and flower garden.
The rest has all been photographed and says it better than words. What’s left to do is process the feelings, not in order but as they come to me over time.”
