This session of God-Talk will explore Womanist Theology — theology born from the experiences and lived realities of Black women, especially within the context of what is called the United States. We will pay particular attention to the work of Delores Williams and others during this session.

Let us examine together the ways our social location shapes God-Talk, and the ways God-Talk can carry us on toward survival, liberation, and flourishing.
