It’s Time To Stop and Smell the Forest!
Sunday, May 16 from 1 – 4 pm
Join us for a restorative and delightful guided Forest Bathing Walk with Nadine Mazzola, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Nadine will invite us to use all of our senses to notice the beauty and wonder surrounding us. Forest Therapy brings about a feeling of well-being and happiness, and time seems to stop…a peaceful antidote to the stress of this long winter. The walk will be gentle, and there will be opportunities for us to sit on provided camp stools to share our experiences with each other.
Everyone is welcome – families with children, working folks and elders. There will be no fee. To comply with Covid protocols we will wear masks and maintain a 6’ distance. We are limiting the size of the group to approximately 12 people, so please register your name(s) with Sarah Klockowski: email@example.com
A week before the walk we will send directions to the Lincoln trailhead and suggestions for what you may want to bring along. For more information about Forest Bathing and our guide, visit Nadine’s website: https://www.nenft.com/.
