This talk will highlight the impact we all have by flying and discuss ways to address that part of your carbon footprint.  It will also raise the question of whether carbon credits have a role in mitigating climate change, and if you choose to use them, how can you have confidence that you are buying high quality credits?

George Favaloro is South Pole’s North American Head of Climate Solutions based in Boston, MA. He has 15 years experience in corporate sustainability directing services for clients seeking to reduce their carbon footprint in line with climate science and assisting them to procure renewables and offsets to achieve Net Zero.  His clients included leaders in consumer products, retailing, apparel, chemical and industrial products industries.
