Join a small group for an in person cooking class in the kitchen of Surendra Shah! Guests should begin arriving at 3:45; cooking will begin at 4:00 and wrap up around 5:15. Guests who feel comfortable may stay to eat or may take their food to go.
Raita – Yogurt with mint, cucumber, cumin & coconut
Chopped Salad – tomatoes, cucumber, scallions, red/green peppers with the dressing of choice.
Attendance is limited to 6 people and guests must be fully vaccinated/boosted.
We are considering how a virtual option might be offered. If you would be interested in attending virtually you are welcome to RSVP using this same form and we will update you if a Zoom option becomes available.
