“Pray as you can, not as you can’t,” my old friend and colleague in ministry used to say. I found that comforting, but still I’ve wrestled with prayer most of my life. And I’m a minister! We have so many questions.  What if I don’t believe in God, can I still pray? How? Does prayer work? Do I have to kneel, close my eyes, be quiet, be alone in a room (you substitute your own words here) in order for it to be “prayer?” Reflections on prayer by Jenny, prayers from Sarah and James, Time for all Ages from Margit, and splendid music from Miranda, Jessica, and members of our choir.  All are welcome, bring a friend, and enjoy an oasis on Sunday.
