Find some peace in the midst of the busy holiday season! Join Rev. Kit and other leaders for a centering, cozy and connecting afternoon of deepening into the spirit of Advent. We will seek contemplative “Refuge” (this year’s Advent theme) through yoga (with Liz Elliott), a time of writing and reflection (with Leah Silvieus), and time for silence and discussion. CLICK HERE to let us know you’ll be attending.
Liz Elliott has taught yoga and meditation since 2006. Her studio in Harvard Square closed in the pandemic; she still teaches classes at Harvard, leads local and international retreats, and works one on one with injured folks both in person and on zoom. www.instagram.com/steepedingrace/
